Syncing and exporting profiles

Download and sync your lead data for use in email, ads, and CRM tools.

SnapCapture Tab

Under the SnapCapture tab, you can see a detailed list of every lead who scanned a QR code on your postcards. For each lead, you’ll see:

  • Name and profile details (when available)

  • Scan time and date

  • Campaign name and mailer version scanned

You can export your full lead list at any time as a CSV. This is useful for importing into email tools, ad platforms, or CRMs for follow-up campaigns.

  • Real-time scan tracking

  • View scan source, date, campaign, and lead profile

  • Export as CSV anytime


Shopify Sync (Optional)

When Shopify is integrated with BirdseyePost, leads captured through SnapCapture can be automatically synced into your Shopify customer database. This ensures your high-intent, opted-in prospects are added directly into your existing digital marketing flows without any manual export/import needed.

How it works:

  • During campaign setup, you’ll be prompted to connect your Shopify store if you haven’t already

  • You’ll then choose which store to sync the new SnapCapture leads to

  • Once a lead scans their postcard, they’ll be added to your Shopify customer list with key metadata (source campaign, scan date, and more)

  • You can skip syncing if you prefer to export your leads manually instead


Exporting Leads

All SnapCapture leads are viewable in real-time within the SnapCapture tab of your dashboard. Each lead is listed along with the campaign they interacted with, their scan date, and profile details (if available).

You can export your leads at any time:

  • Click "Export CSV" to download a full list of all leads from any time range

  • Use these exports for email marketing, ad retargeting, CRM uploads, or internal reporting

  • If Shopify sync is turned off, this becomes your primary method for utilizing SnapCapture leads
