What is a CSV Upload Campaign?
CSV Upload Campaigns allow you to send direct mail to your own audience by uploading a spreadsheet of recipients. Ideal for list-based promotions, winbacks, or sending special offers to known contacts.
Best suited for: Brands with a static list of known customers or leads they want to target for a specific promotion.

Requirements: No integration required. Only a valid CSV file with proper formatting.
CSV template fields:

It is important to align the column names exactly to the template.
Required columns:
Address Line 1
Address Line 2
: Can be left blank. Must be 64 characters or less.City
: Must be 200 characters or lessCountry Subdivision
: 2-letter US state short-name code (e.g. CA for California, ON for Ontario)Country
: US or CAZIP or Postal Code
: Must follow the US ZIP format of 12345, ZIP+4 format, or Canaidan Postal Code format of A1B 2C3. Note that MS Excel and Google Sheets may attempt to drop leading zero.
Optional columns:
Include these if you have them, but they are not required to send your campaign.
First Name
: Required for personalization. Must be less than 40 characters. Note that this is the field the name that will appear in the address block.Last Name

Steps for setup:
In campaign setup, choose Retention campaign, and the CSV upload
Download the CSV template, and fill it up with your own date
Upload your list filled-out CSV template
Choose a postcard format and upload your design or use our design service
Set campaign settings:
Launch date (ASAP or scheduled)
SnapCapture destination URL
SmartMaps (optional)
Exclusions (default: suppress anyone mailed in the last 7 days)
Confirm & checkout (you’ll be charged when the campaign is activated)
Note: CSV campaigns are static. You will mail exactly the recipients in your uploaded list, and the list size will determine the campaign cost. If certain uploaded addresses cannot be validated, they will be excluded from the campaign.
