You can either upload your own mailer design or use BirdseyePost's professional design services—both are supported for every campaign.

Option 1: Upload Your Own Design

• Use the provided format templates (4x6, 5x7, 6x9, 6x11, etc.)

• Ensure you follow all layout guidelines: safe zones, address placement, postage area, and bleed margins

• Upload the final PDF and all custom font files

• Our team will confirm print readiness (we don’t proofread your content—please double-check before submitting)

• Our design team will contact you 1–2 business days after you submit your campaign

• Provide your creative brief, copy, or assets (logos, product photos, etc.)

• Unlimited revisions included

• We handle design compliance, personalization, and formatting
