Shopify

BirdseyePost’s Shopify integration connects your ecommerce store directly to your direct mail efforts—helping you drive revenue with minimal manual effort.

What it enables:

• Automated SmartMailers: Send behavior-triggered postcards based on customer activity in Shopify (e.g., abandoned cart, VIP, winback)

• Customer Syncing: SnapCapture leads and campaign recipients can be synced back to your Shopify store as marketing profiles

• Revenue Attribution: Orders from direct mail are automatically tracked and attributed to the specific campaign and postcard that drove the conversion

How to set it up:

• Connect your Shopify store in the Integrations Settings, during onboarding, or during campaign setup

• Once connected, your customer data will sync in real time

• You can add multiple Shopify stores and manage them independently

• Add one or multiple stores

• Enables SmartMailers and Shopify-based Retention targeting

• Required for revenue attribution and syncing SnapCapture leads

Klaviyo

BirdseyePost’s Klaviyo integration syncs your email flows, segments and profiles with direct mail—so you can boost retention and reactivation automatically.

• Once connected, Klaviyo profiles and events can be used for SmartMailer Retention campaigns

BirdseyePost can accept data from any source using CSVs. You can:

• Upload lists for one-time campaigns

• Export SnapCapture leads for use in Klaviyo, email, ads, or CRM tools
